Safety/Education
Safety is of the utmost importance at Shea Electric. We strive to provide the
safest workplace possible for everyone involved in each job. We accomplish this
by providing all the tools necessary to complete each job safely and in a timely
manner. In keeping with our high standard of safety we also adhere to the
following practices.
- We are a member of the Electrical Industry Drug Free Alliance for a drug
free working environment. This policy requires random drug testing and/or
testing for cause a minimum of once a year but not limited to one occasion
during each 12 month period.
- All employees have completed the OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E (arc flash
protection) classes.
- Journeyman and Master Electricians continue their education by attending
classes on the latest technologies and procedures.
